Roles & Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to surface ground-level risks and devise effective solutions
Conceptualize and implement HR initiatives including workforce planning and talent classification
Manage performance management, rewards, and succession planning processes
Analyse business unit data to identify trends and improve employee retention
Develop and execute innovative employee engagement strategies and surveys
Requirements:
2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related domain
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Experience in an entrepreneurial environment with multi-tasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skillset to execute responsibilities effectively
