Smaaash Entertainment is hiring a skilled Centre Manager to lead operations for our Family Entertainment Centre in Gwalior. We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive sales and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Driving monthly sales targets and center performance.
Managing overall gaming, food & beverage (F&B), and event operations.
Leading the team and maintaining high standards of guest service.
Overseeing P&L responsibilities and center administration.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in Hospitality, Retail, QSR, or the Entertainment industry.
Proven track record in team handling and driving revenue.
Experience in managing operations including F&B and events.
Strong analytical skills for P&L management.
