Certified Medical Coder (Surgical Coding)

We are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Vadodara and looking for experienced Medical Coders. This is a great opportunity for US Healthcare professionals to advance their careers in a specialized surgical domain.

• Accurately assign medical codes for surgical procedures, specializing in Facial Plastics and Breast Surgery.
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with US Healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the RCM team to optimize the billing cycle and reduce claim denials.
• Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and stay updated with current ICD and CPT guidelines.
• Handle complex surgical cases with attention to detail and clinical documentation.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Medical Coding within the US Healthcare sector.
• Strong expertise in Surgical Coding, specifically for Breast and Facial Plastic surgeries.
• Valid medical coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work fixed night shifts to align with US business hours.
• Proven track record of maintaining high accuracy standards in complex coding environments.
