Clinical Telecaller - Dental Care Support

Join 32 Dental Care as a Clinical Telecaller and play a vital role in patient engagement from the comfort of your home. We are looking for empathetic communicators to manage appointments, handle inquiries, and represent our dental services with professionalism.

• Manage professional inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with dental services. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently in the system. Provide accurate details regarding various dental treatments, ongoing offers, and check-up packages. Follow up with patients for post-treatment feedback and upcoming consultations. Maintain and update digital patient records using MS Excel and appointment software. Respond promptly to patient inquiries via WhatsApp and other online platforms. Coordinate with the clinic s dentists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Minimum qualification of 10th or 12th pass; any degree is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and basic English (Hindi is an advantage). Must possess a personal laptop and a stable internet connection. Resident of Chennai with good local geographical knowledge for training purposes. Ability to maintain a polite, patient-focused, and convincing tone over the phone.
