Join Lodha Group as a Closing Manager to lead high-value transactions for exclusive ultra-luxury residential projects. We are looking for high-performing sales professionals to manage personalized engagements with Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and close high-ticket real estate transactions with Ultra HNI clientele.
Conduct exclusive site visits and manage personalized client engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium buyers and strategic channel partners.
Drive complex negotiations and ensure smooth end-to-end deal closures.
Maintain accurate client databases and provide detailed sales reporting to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of proven closing experience in high-ticket real estate or B2B/B2C sales.
Consistent academic track record with 60% or above in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
Stable career history with reputable organizations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and high-end client handling skills.
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to handle closures independently.
