Job Summary:
Join our growing team to manage end-to-end loan lifecycles using advanced CRM tools. We offer a dynamic environment where you can drive financial recovery and support customer onboarding with high incentive potential.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle complete loan onboarding and recovery operations via CRM software
Execute thorough verification of KYC and essential loan documentation
Perform consistent follow-ups with clients regarding loan repayments and tracking
Maintain and update precise customer records within the database system
Resolve customer queries efficiently to ensure smooth loan account management
Prepare daily reports and progress updates for the management team
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification of Graduate or XII pass
Fundamental understanding of CRM software platforms and MS Excel
Strong communication abilities with effective follow-up techniques
Prior experience in NBFC, loan processing, or CRM is a definite plus
Capability to work full-time shifts of 8-9 hours
