Customer Care & Voice Support Executive

Join a leading consultancy as a Customer Care Executive to handle domestic and international processes via voice, chat, and email. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service quality and driving customer retention.

• Identify and resolve customer queries and concerns across call, chat, and email channels. Document all transactions and follow-up requests accurately in the company record logs. Master multiple product lines and processes to provide accurate information to clients. Influence customer decisions to buy or retain services by following professional scripts. Manage both inbound and outbound customer service operations effectively.

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Typing speed of 30 to 40 words per minute with high accuracy. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and basic technical computer skills. Previous experience in BPO or BFSI domains is a significant advantage. Fluency in any regional language is an added plus during the interview.
