Job Summary:

Join Torus Group to lead high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns and optimize digital engagement across multiple automated channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
Utilize CleverTap for advanced user segmentation and marketing automation.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Manage social media presence with a primary focus on Instagram content strategy.

Requirements:

2–3 years of professional experience in digital or CRM marketing.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (experience with CleverTap is a plus).
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaign management.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven optimization.
