Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing international customer queries through voice and electronic channels professionally.
Ensuring high-quality resolution and customer satisfaction as per global standards.
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborating with the team to meet daily performance targets and service levels.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night graveyard shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask during live interactions.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
