Customer Support Associate - Voice Process

• Identify and resolve customer concerns via call, chat, or email while maintaining high quality standards. Accurately document all transactions and follow-up requests in the system logs. Gain a deep understanding of diverse products and processes to provide precise information to clients. Influence customer retention and product interest by effectively following prepared scripts and guidelines. Manage irate customers with patience and professionalism to ensure a positive service experience. Collaborate with other functional areas by providing concise summaries of unresolved queries. Operate advanced telecommunications equipment and automated dialing systems efficiently.

• Educational qualification of a Degree or its equivalent is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends. Comfortable working in a target-driven domestic voice process. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Readiness to work from the office in Mumbai (Vashi or Andheri).
