DSB Reconciliation Manager - Bank Operations

Join SIS Prosegur to manage Doorstep Banking reconciliation and ensure 100% compliance in cash operations. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals to bridge the gap between cash MIS and bank statements while minimizing organizational loss.

• Map and identify bank depositions against cash pickup entries using bank deposit slips.
• Track deposition dates to highlight T+1 or T+2 cases due to bank holidays or vaulting.
• Visit bank branches and JSBCL offices to resolve discrepancies and clear monthly billing.
• Update reconciliation reports and report day-to-day findings to senior management.
• Address client queries regarding submitted reports within the agreed TAT (Turnaround Time).

• 3-5 years of experience in bank reconciliation or cash management operations.
• Proven ability to minimize organizational loss through timely grievance resolution.
• Experience in monitoring MIS and ensuring 100% compliance.
• Willingness to travel to bank branches and client offices for dispute resolution.
