• Manage incoming telephonic calls and address student queries promptly.
• Provide detailed explanations regarding course structures and campus facilities.
• Counsel students effectively to help them choose the right academic program.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups on enquiries to ensure successful admissions.
• Coordinate the end-to-end admission process with the administrative team.
• Update and maintain student interaction records in the CRM system.

• Possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM software and office tools.
• Prior experience of 1 year in Business Development is required.
• Strong persuasion skills and a target-oriented mindset.
