Evening Shift Customer Support Officer

• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats with a professional attitude. Handle customer queries fluently in at least three Indian regional languages. Document every call and interaction accurately in the system for record-keeping. Maintain high standards of Quality and Average Handle Time (AHT) as per process requirements. Stay updated with the latest process knowledge and company policies at all times. Take initiatives and remain flexible to adapt to any changes in the support workflow. Work efficiently under pressure while staying organized and patient with customers. Provide excellent interpersonal communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. Must be able to speak fluently and maintain an exceptional phone manner. Basic knowledge of computer operations and common software is mandatory. Willingness to work from the office in the designated evening shift (4 PM to 1 AM). Should be an immediate joiner or available on short notice.

This is a 100% Work from Office role located at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. Shift timings are 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
