• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with utmost professionalism.
• Maintain high quality and Average Handle Time (AHT) as per process benchmarks.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Stay consistently updated with evolving process knowledge and requirements.
• Take proactive initiatives and demonstrate flexibility towards operational changes.

• Fluent in English and at least 3 Indian regional languages.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and patient-centric communication style.
• Basic computer proficiency and organized documentation skills.
• Ability to function effectively under pressure in a structured environment.
• Must be available for the 4 PM to 1 AM shift at the Thiruvanmiyur office.
