Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying business needs to final documentation
Oversee employee joining formalities, including orientation and personal file creation
Handle office administration, vendor management, and travel desk logistics
Generate MIS reports on facilities, expenditures, and manpower status
Lead event management and employee grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or Administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Analysis, Reporting, and Information Technology
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to handle vendor management and cross-functional team coordination
Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making within a dynamic environment
