We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee welfare, and office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage diverse functions from talent acquisition to vendor and facility management in a growing corporate environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment by identifying business requirements and sourcing the right competencies Manage employee joining formalities, including orientation and salary account coordination Oversee access control systems, ID card issuance, and vendor AMC renewals Source and manage vendors for facility services such as transport, housekeeping, and catering Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including ticketing and forex for employees Maintain MIS reports, track monthly expenditures, and handle budget forecasting Organize corporate events, festive celebrations, and manage employee grievance redressal Ensure office hygiene and manage cross-functional teams for smooth operations Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and asset management Maintain customer relations by greeting guests and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or Administrative roles Strong proficiency in Analysis, Reporting, and Business Planning Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to lead teams and handle problem-solving and decision-making Tech-savvy with information and technology proficiency
