Vilasini Mechatronics is hiring hardworking individuals for the position of Factory Worker in Mohali. This role involves assisting in daily manufacturing operations, assembly work, and ensuring shop floor safety within a professional production environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in general production and manual assembly tasks
Handle raw materials and assist in basic machine operations
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards on the shop floor
Follow technical instructions provided by the production supervisor
Support packing and dispatch activities for finished goods
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th Pass
Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn on the job
Open to both fresher candidates and those with experience

Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹22,000
