Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to US customers to explain website and IT services.
Follow provided calling scripts and handle customer queries or objections effectively.
Book appointments and close deals to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate daily call records and participate in quality training sessions.
Manage cold calling sequences and maintain a positive attitude toward performance targets.
Requirements:
Education: 12th pass or above; strictly for freshers or early-career candidates.
Excellent English communication skills and comfortable talking to international clients.
Availability for fixed night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
Must possess a laptop, headset, and a stable internet connection for remote work.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn telecalling and sales techniques.
