• Managing front office desk and attending to walk-in patients with a polite smile. Handling telecalling duties to follow up on sales leads and patient reports. Operating computer systems for data entry and maintaining digital records of tests. Coordinating with the lab technical team for smooth patient flow. Providing information about various health packages and diagnostic services.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a pathology lab or healthcare setup. Graduate degree in any stream is mandatory for this position. Strong command over Hindi, English, and local Bhojpuri language. Good hands-on knowledge of computer operations and MS Office. Pleasing personality with a customer-first mindset.
