Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the global gaming community through non-voice channels (chat/email).
Resolve player queries regarding account issues, in-game purchases, and technical troubleshooting.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely responses.
Identify and report trending bugs or gameplay issues to the technical team.
Ensure player safety and policy compliance within the gaming ecosystem.
Work effectively in rotational shifts to support 24/7 global gaming operations.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates from any stream are eligible and encouraged to apply.
Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Must possess a valid government-issued ID for the recruitment process.
Ability to join immediately (February intake) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms is a plus.
