Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to the global gaming community through non-voice channels (chat/email).
- Resolve player queries regarding account issues, in-game purchases, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely responses.
- Identify and report trending bugs or gameplay issues to the technical team.
- Ensure player safety and policy compliance within the gaming ecosystem.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts to support 24/7 global gaming operations.
Requirements: - Fresh graduates from any stream are eligible and encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID for the recruitment process.
- Ability to join immediately (February intake) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong familiarity with various gaming genres and platforms is a plus.
