• Create and manage high-performing Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns specifically for lead generation and eCommerce growth.
• Conduct deep keyword research and detailed competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
• Set up precise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to bids and budgets.
• Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, target audiences, and landing pages for maximum impact.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports with data-driven actionable insights.
• Focus on reducing cost per conversion while consistently improving ROAS.

• Minimum 23 years of proven hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Technical expertise in pixel setup, event tracking, and various analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make performance-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present clear performance reports.
