Gym Trainer and Physical Director

Lead the fitness and sports culture at a premier management institute by managing our campus gym and training students. We are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance student wellness, organize athletic events, and prepare teams for competitive sports.

• Supervise daily gymnasium operations and ensure strict adherence to safety and discipline.
• Develop and execute specialized workout programs focused on strength, endurance, and flexibility.
• Identify athletic talent and coach students for inter-college, university, and state-level competitions.
• Organize annual sports days, tournaments, and campus-wide fitness awareness programs.
• Manage gym inventory, equipment maintenance, and maintain detailed student participation records.
• Provide basic first aid and educate the campus community on nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.

• Bachelors Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) is mandatory; M.P.Ed is preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a fitness instructor or sports coach.
• Solid understanding of exercise techniques, injury prevention, and gym equipment management.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage students and staff.
• Valid certification in fitness training or gym instruction is a significant advantage.
