Job Summary:
Join our vibrant 30-member video editing squad and take full charge of our people operations from start to finish. We are looking for an energetic professional to manage our talented team and maintain a happy, productive work culture in the heart of Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a steady hiring pipeline to bring in top creative talent. Handling end-to-end PF, insurance, and all legal compliance matters. Managing salary and incentive negotiations along with timely disbursals. Overseeing office hunting, basic accounting, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. Organizing company events and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction. Managing company PR across social media platforms in coordination with our social team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR operations or people management. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for salary discussions. Ability to multitask and handle office administration alongside HR duties. Proactive mindset with a focus on team building and employee engagement.
