Job Summary: Join Emiza, India s leading logistics tech firm, as a Technical Support specialist for our cutting-edge WMS and OMS platforms. You will act as the vital bridge between our engineering team and enterprise clients, ensuring seamless e-commerce operations through expert troubleshooting and dedicated client service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients using our Warehouse and Order Management Systems. Investigate and resolve product queries related to inventory sync, billing flows, GRNs, and SLA triggers. Reproduce technical issues, raise JIRA tickets, and manage the end-to-end resolution process. Perform product walkthroughs and train new clients on platform logic and workflows post-go-live. Maintain detailed logs and support playbooks to enhance our internal knowledge base. Collaborate with product teams to suggest feature improvements based on recurring client pain points. Monitor API logs and use basic SQL queries to trace data-related bugs in web-based systems. Ensure all client communication is handled professionally within defined SLA timelines.
Requirements: - 2–5 years of experience in technical support within a SaaS or product-based organization. Solid understanding of enterprise-grade software such as ERP, WMS, or logistics tech. Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus for senior roles. Proven ability to translate complex technical problems into simple explanations for non-tech users. Proficiency in using ticketing tools like JIRA or Freshdesk and familiarity with API debugging. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced onsite environment in Mumbai.
