Job Summary:
Join Vasutti as an HR Recruitment Freelancer and earn per successful closure while working from the comfort of your home. We are looking for energetic recruiters who can source top-tier talent and manage end-to-end BPO recruitment processes effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for various job openings with a focus on BPO requirements. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final closure. Coordinate with the team to understand hiring needs and find the best fit for our clients. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure timely follow-ups. Update recruitment trackers and report progress to the HR head via WhatsApp.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR recruitment, specifically within the BPO sector (1 year preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills to engage potential candidates. Ability to work independently as a freelancer and meet hiring targets. Must have a smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work. Familiarity with Job Hai employer accounts is a plus.
