Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding
Screen potential candidates and conduct initial HR evaluation interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain interview schedules
Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through various channels
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory
0–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sales, or Business Development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive mindset with a target-driven approach to hiring
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and various job portals
