Join TYASuite as an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced software environment. We are looking for proactive individuals ready to source top talent and grow within our collaborative team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Utilize job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search to find quality candidates
Consistently achieve monthly hiring and onboarding targets
Maintain real-time recruitment reports using MS Office tools
Draft professional correspondence and maintain high standards of email etiquette
Requirements:
0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and professional mail etiquette
Postgraduate degree (PG) in any specialization
