Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries and concerns through voice, email, or chat channels with professionalism. Manage customer service, sales, or collection processes as per project requirements and targets. Maintain high quality of communication and documentation for every customer interaction. Coordinate with team leads to ensure operational efficiency during day or night shifts.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory for international processes. Qualification of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduation in any stream. Open to both Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO experience. Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, based on eligibility and availability.
