International Sales Associate (Export Markets)

Join Zarnik as an International Sales Associate to spearhead our export channel growth in the Maldives and Seychelles. We are seeking a proactive B2B specialist to identify international buyers and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

• Identify and qualify potential hotel buyer leads in Maldives, Seychelles, and other target markets
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Meta ads, and direct prospecting
• Manage the full sales cycle from product presentation to quotation and closing
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in Zoho CRM
• Build relationships with purchasing managers, GMs, and procurement heads
• Provide weekly reports on pipeline status and outreach activity

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record in lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and LinkedIn prospecting tools
• Strong written English skills for professional communication
• Experience in export, international trade, or hospitality supplies is an advantage
• Must be based in Kerala for occasional team meetings
