Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Hardware Support Engineers to manage end-to-end technical assistance for desktops and laptops. This is a brilliant opportunity for skilled technicians to handle critical system maintenance and OS deployments in a professional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive desktop and laptop hardware support and troubleshooting. Perform diagnosis and resolution of complex hardware and software system issues. Manage installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, and various business applications. Replace essential components including RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, and other peripherals. Handle system formatting, OS upgrades (Windows/Linux), and data migration tasks. Assist users with network connectivity issues and peripheral device setups like printers and scanners. Generate accurate service reports and provide timely updates on job status.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in IT hardware support or technical service. Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics. Professional hardware/networking certifications like A+ or N+ are highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of system maintenance and field support protocols. Proven ability to diagnose basic to intermediate hardware failures efficiently.
