• Lead end-to-end project management for diverse software, firmware, and hardware initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and final deliverables.
• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and hardware teams to ensure absolute project alignment.
• Manage project schedules, identify risks, and monitor budgets using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and regular stakeholder reviews.
• Communicate project progress, hurdles, and technical solutions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Ensure strict compliance with technical standards, documentation, and industry best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters is highly preferred).
• At least 1+ years of project management experience specifically in tech or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), embedded systems, and hardware.
• Proficient in modern project management tools and agile frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in-person and manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

Expected Start Date is 20/05/2025. This is a morning shift role based out of our Gurgaon office.
