Lead Analyst & AI Engineer (LLM / RAG Specialist)

Join KLA's Global Products Group to tackle complex semiconductor challenges using advanced AI. We are looking for a Lead Analyst to pioneer ML/DL solutions and LLM-based systems for next-generation wafer inspection technology.

• Design and implement AI systems for the Surfscan group to enhance wafer surface quality inspection.
• Develop data pipelines and ML prototypes using Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG systems using Hugging Face and Vector databases.
• Apply Deep Learning techniques (CNNs, Transformers) to solve yield excursion problems in fab manufacturing.
• Collaborate with physicists and data scientists to accelerate the delivery of future electronic devices.

• Bachelor's with 7+ years, Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of experience in AI/ML solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python programming, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and knowledge of Attention mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Vector databases (Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone) and Prompt Engineering.
• Background in supervised/unsupervised learning and ensemble methods like XGBoost or LightGBM.
