Legal Manager for Real Estate Projects

Infinium Developers is seeking an experienced Legal Manager to lead land acquisition and due diligence processes in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will handle property title verification, RERA compliance, and contract negotiations for large-scale real estate projects.

• Conduct comprehensive title verification and legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
• Draft, vet, and negotiate Sale Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), and Power of Attorney (POA).
• Ensure strict compliance with RERA regulations and local land laws while liaising with government authorities.
• Manage litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the company in courts or tribunals.
• Provide legal advisory to management on risk mitigation and internal policy development.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
• Expertise in drafting legal contracts, lease agreements, and vendor documents.
• Deep understanding of local municipal approvals and registration processes in Tamil Nadu.
• Proven track record in handling litigation and regulatory compliance for project launches.
• Strong advisory skills regarding land ownership documents and encumbrance certificates.

• Monthly salary starting from ₹50,000 with additional benefits.
