Job Summary:
Become a part of GREW and join our mission to make growth infinite in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for skilled individuals to operate sophisticated equipment within our high-tech Solar Module Manufacturing Line.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate various specialized equipments on the Solar Module Manufacturing Line efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and ensure all solar modules meet quality benchmarks.
Maintain a steady production flow while following all safety and technical protocols.
Handle routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Requirements:
Educational qualification of Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Solar Industry.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing manufacturing environment.
Technical mindset with a strong focus on precision and equipment handling.
