Roles & Responsibilities: - Operate various specialized equipments on the Solar Module Manufacturing Line efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure all solar modules meet quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a steady production flow while following all safety and technical protocols.
- Handle routine machine checks and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Requirements: - Educational qualification of Diploma or ITI in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Solar Industry.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-growing manufacturing environment.
- Technical mindset with a strong focus on precision and equipment handling.
