Manager - Sales Operations (UK/AU Process)

Collaborate closely with the marketing wing to harness lead databases and optimize prospecting tools. Refine CRM strategies and software workflows to constantly redefine and improve operational KPIs. Maintain clear documentation, providing weekly activity plans and learning calendars five days ahead of time. • Minimum 2 years of documented experience managing teams in UK or Australian Telecom sales/appointments. Impeccable, top-notch English communication skills are absolutely mandatory for this role. Proven track record of leading high-performing SDR teams within the SaaS or Telecom domain. Strong leadership DNA with the ability to build and coach people in a fast-paced setting.
