Marketing & Branding Manager (Online & Retail)

Thoughtfinity is looking for a creative and execution-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand across digital products and retail services. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic brand positioning and hands-on campaign management to drive scalable growth.

• Develop and refine overall brand positioning and maintain strict brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Plan and execute high-performance digital campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to optimize lead generation.
• Manage offline retail visibility, including in-store branding, promotional materials, and event coordination.
• Create go-to-market strategies for new digital products and technology-driven business solutions.
• Supervise creative asset production, ensuring high-quality design and messaging clarity across websites and social media.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare data-driven monthly reports to suggest performance improvements.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in marketing or branding, preferably in the tech or service sector.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing with a strong understanding of sales funnels.
• Proven ability to manage both online and offline marketing channels effectively.
• Mandatory proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, and basic analytics/CRM systems.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple business verticals simultaneously.
