Openkyber is looking for motivated MBA HR Freshers for an Internship role in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in domestic hiring and HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment cycle including job postings and resume screening
Assist in conducting interviews and managing candidate communication
Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members
Maintain employee records and update HR management databases
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or completed MBA in Human Resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic workspace
