Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new B2B clients to expand our market presence.
- Leverage experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Monster, Foundit, and Indeed to drive sales.
- Manage and grow a diverse clientele portfolio through proactive relationship management.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles from initial pitching and lead generation to final negotiation and closure.
- Maintain 70% active client interaction combined with 30% strategic travel for business meetings.
- Provide detailed monthly performance reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience specifically within HR Tech, ATS, or HRMS platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a track record of handling high-value deals.
- Demonstrated ability to bring in new business and manage enterprise-level clients.
- Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Highly confident personality with a hungry for growth mindset and readiness to sell.
- Max notice period of 30 days.
