Creating clear and concise lesson plans to explain difficult concepts effectively. Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to ensure academic growth. Maintaining a serious and responsible attitude toward daily teaching schedules and academy goals.
Requirements:
Strong subject matter expertise in all branches of Chemistry (Inorganic, Organic, and Physical). Prior teaching experience in the coaching industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills to deliver engaging and clear explanations. Ability to handle a target-oriented curriculum for competitive entrance exams.
