Join Inspirion Digital Solutions to build advanced conversational AI. We are looking for an NLP Analyst to design intent flows and optimize chatbot performance using cutting-edge Machine Learning techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build chatbot content and define processes for identifying targeted follow-up questions
Research intent scope within linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbot capabilities
Analyze chat history to optimize intents and refine conversational flows
Train the chatbot to understand linguistic variations across diverse user types
Collaborate with engineering teams to maximize conversions and user experience
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or AI related to NLP
In-depth knowledge of DialogFlow; expertise in Rasa, IBM Watson, or Lex is a plus
Proficiency in Java, C/C++, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised ML and semantic processing
Graduate in Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA)
