• Follow established national telemedicine guidelines closely and maintain strict patient healthcare confidentiality protocols.
• Coordinate efficiently with internal medical teams, consulting staff, and case managers as required.

• Must hold a professional MBBS degree obtained from an institution recognized by the medical councils.
• Possess a valid and active medical registration certificate with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or any active State Medical Council.
