OE Sales Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Join a leading Auto Parts Manufacturing MNC in Vadodara as an OE Sales professional. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive or Assistant Manager with a strong background in OEM sales and business development within the automotive sector.

• Drive domestic business development for OEM customers and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage the entire RFQ process, ensuring alignment with specific customer technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sample development, prototypes, and successful PPAP submissions.
• Review LOIs and contracts while negotiating favorable business terms with stakeholders.
• Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and technology mapping within the automotive segment.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in OEM Sales, preferably dealing with gaskets or heat shields.
• Educational qualification: BE or MBA from a recognized institution.
• Expertise across Passenger Cars, Tractors, EVs, and Construction Equipment segments.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to conduct regular customer visits for project tracking and follow-ups.
