Performance Marketer and Content Writer

Are you a creative storyteller with an analytical mind? Join Firebird Institute as a Performance Marketer and Content Writer to lead our digital presence, from executing high-converting paid ad campaigns to capturing vibrant campus life through engaging reels and stories.

• Execute full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn to optimize CPL and ROAS.
• Manage monthly content calendars and daily organic postings for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Shoot and edit high-quality reels, student testimonials, and BTS clips to showcase campus events.
• Develop creative concepts for admissions push campaigns, placement highlights, and student spotlights.
• Plan and promote college events through live stories, countdown posts, and post-event reports.
• Track performance analytics across all channels and prepare weekly reports to suggest growth strategies.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and organic social media growth.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere and poster design using Canva.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, and attribution (GA4/GTM).
• Exceptional content writing skills for both short-form captions and long-form website copy.
• Ability to manage lead nurturing funnels and marketing automation workflows via CRM.
