Job Summary:
We are seeking a result-oriented female professional to spearhead our digital growth through high-impact paid campaigns and organic search strategies. This is a brilliant opportunity for a data-driven marketer to manage end-to-end performance funnels and drive significant app installs and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize full-funnel performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Execute comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization to boost organic visibility.
Handle App Store Optimization (ASO) for both Google Play and Apple App Store to increase organic downloads.
Directly manage Google Business Profile (GMB) and local SEO to improve search rankings and lead generation.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to ensure optimal ROAS.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and COO to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
36 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital growth.
Strong technical knowledge of paid media, SEO, ASO, and marketing analytics.
Data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on CPL, ROAS, and overall business growth.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
