Placement Manager for Campus Recruitment

• Manage the complete placement cycle including internships, live projects, and final job offers.
• Identify and empanel new corporate recruiters annually to diversify the industry reach.
• Nurture strong relationships with alumni and professional networks to leverage career opportunities.
• Create high-quality placement brochures, student profiles, and professional recruiter kits.
• Coordinate pre-placement talks, career workshops, and on-campus recruitment drives.
• Gather and analyze recruiter feedback to assist in curriculum updates and student skill development.
• Maintain accurate placement data and represent the university at various industry events and travels.

• Postgraduate (PG) degree or higher qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in corporate relations, recruitment, or educational placement cells.
• Excellent communication and networking skills tailored for the Indian corporate sector.
• Ability to manage data, track recruitment trends, and prepare professional reports.
• Willingness to travel for recruiter meetings and industry representation.
