Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to manage and nurture young learners at our Sector 130 branch. If you enjoy working with children and can follow a structured academic planner, this is the perfect role for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Effectively managing a section of preschool children during school hours. Implementing the daily and monthly academic planner as provided by the school. Ensuring a safe, engaging, and disciplined environment for kids. Collaborating with parents and management regarding child development.
Requirements:
Prior experience in preschool teaching or daycare management is preferred. Ability to adhere to the school timings and academic schedule. Preference will be given to candidates living within 3-4 km of Sector 130, Noida. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with kids and parents.
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive monthly salary of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000. Leave encashment benefits as per school policy. Stable day-shift timings with two Saturdays off per month.
Additional Information:
Timings: 8:15 am to 2:30 pm (Mon-Fri) and 9:00 am to 2:30 pm on working Saturdays.
