Job Summary:
Join our publishing team as a Product Listing Intern to manage digital product uploads and marketplace optimization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our books, planners, and journals are perfectly listed with optimized metadata to reach a global audience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Uploading finished digital products including books and journals to the publishing platform Filling in accurate titles, subtitles, targeted keywords, and product descriptions Managing backend product uploads and ensuring listings are complete and optimized Entering metadata such as categories and tags to improve search visibility Maintaining strict quality and consistency across all daily product listings Performing basic quality checks and formatting before final publishing
Requirements:
Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword placement Strong English writing skills for crafting clear product descriptions High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily upload targets Prior exposure to any marketplace backend is a significant advantage Immediate availability to join the team for a 1–3 month duration
