Product Manager (AI & Machine Learning)

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems effectively. Implement machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze and extract insights from large datasets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored AI solutions. Preprocess and clean data to ensure high accuracy and quality for model training. Train and optimize AI models using various frameworks and conduct statistical analysis to improve performance. Deploy AI models into production environments and monitor their real-time performance. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members while documenting methodologies and results.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years specifically in developing AI and ML solutions. Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment.
